In almost all departments of the company new jobs were added directed to reinforce the existing teams. This enables GEMÜ to cope with the very pleasant order situation without overloading the individual employees. ?Of course the employment of additional employees requires that they are intensively trained. Only this way GEMÜ can preserve the high quality standards? says Corinne Bütler, from the personnel administration at GEMÜ. A pleasant side effect of this training is that the existing staff benefits from refreshing courses.

GEMÜ invests in the youth

GEMÜ invests in new production facilities
Additionally to the expansion of the workforce in 2006 several investments in the infrastructure have been made. Already in December two new injection moulding machines were installed. An additional machine for the clean room sector follows at the beginning of the 2007. Furthermore a 5-axle work centre will be installed to enable the realisation of customer-specific constructions.
