Areas of application The major areas of application include, for example, sterile applications in the pharmaceutical, food and biotechnology industries, ultra pure media in the semiconductor and microelectronics industry and applications in the fine chemicals industry.
Dependent on the design, suitable for ultra pure water (WFI), ultra high purity chemicals, intermediate and final products in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, foodstuffs processing and chemical industry. The valves can be sterilised and autoclaved within the bounds of their technical use parameters. Aseptic diaphragm valves are also used successfully as control valves in sterile areas.

Body materials Stainless steel (investment casting, forged bodies, block material), special materials
Seal materials EPDM, EPDM/PTFE (other versions on request)
Connections Butt weld spigots, clamps, union ends and flanges. The connections are available with international standards and norms (ISO, DIN, SMS, ASME BPE, JIS etc.)

Instrumentation / accessories Seal adjusters and stroke limiters, manual overrides, proximity switches, optical
Body configuration 2/2-way body (2/2-way valve), T valve (3/2-way valve), tank valve (B600) , welding configurations (GMP-SAP valve configurations, W600), multi-port valves (M600)
Surfaces Surface finishes for stainless steel bodies down to 0.25 µm Ra can be supplied with or without electropolishing
