Short way to a clean product
Medical technology places increasing demands on manufacturers for lower and lower levels of contamination in products. As a result, manufacturers need to follow new approaches to satisfy these needs. GEMÜ GmbH has explored an innovative way of meeting these requirements. The concept of reducing contamination is based on the following three pillars:
- Direct removal of the parts from the machine
- Processing in additional flow-box systems
- Low-contamination infeed of raw materials
However, the most sophisticated infrastructure is worthless if a company is not proficient in its processes. Following this principle we keep analyzing and improving our procedures permanently.
